A spectacular display of light and sound by three emerging, international artists, handpicked from NOISEfestival.com. Selected by NOISE from over 10,000 artists on the NOISEfestival.com online creative community, the artists collaborated to create an exclusive production of lights, music and poetry based on the rich history of Bury’s Transport Museum, suitable for all ages to enjoy. Using the Blackpool Illuminations Bus, the piece included spot lights, projectors and sound to create an extravagant display that we guarantee you will never have seen before.

The Blackpool Illuminations Bus, sited opposite the Transport Museum in Bury, spectacularly projected across the facade of the building with images produced by Pakistani visual artist Zikra Baloch, a previous NOISE festival winner who is currently based in Lahore.

Zikra’s dazzling visual piece was accompanied by an exclusive sound commission by two local North-West artists. Andy Chandler, originally from Stockport, collaborates with Manchester-based Somali artist Yusra Warsama to produce a musical piece involving poetry and beats in a specially commissioned track.

We look forward to Bury Light Night 2013!
