EXETER ARTS FEST
A week dedicated to celebrating all things arts at the University of Exeter. Keep checking back for the latest events! Things kick off with 'Nothing But Live' a night of live music in The Lemon Grove.
Exeter ARTS FEST will bring together a huge array of young people from a very broad cross-section of the creative arts & media, including student artists, photographers, musicians, performers, dancers, comedians and academics, for a wide-ranging programme of events and activities. This will include photography exhibitions, a mini-festival of arts & music, and a showcase of entries into the annual Paddon Award, amongst many others.
Guest speakers, such as Kurt Jackson, will also be making an appearance on campus with talks and workshops, and Partner Organisations such as the Bill Douglas Centre of Film will also be getting involved.
Exeter's Students' Guild societies have performed and showcased a range of award-winning work. From touring shows at Edinburgh Fringe to annual shows in the Northcott Theatre and countless other performing arts venues across Exeter, and this will be showcased throughout Exeter ARTS FEST., amongst many others.

If you're fed up of cheesy nights out and want to listen to some real music, come to The Lemon Grove for a taste of what Exeter has to offer! Ella Jane, The Cut Purse Rascals, The Raptors and Exeters very own Soul Choir will be performing for a night of amazing live music.
Ella Janes - Selected for the Glastonbury's Emerging talent long list in 2013 and has recently recorded a second EP 'Many Miles Away' with a full live-band on board, which was released on 26th January 2014.
The Cut Purse Rascals - Exeter based band playing Americana, New Skool Skiffle, Blues and Alt Country with recent plays on BBC radio Devon and 5 star reviews from blogs such as digital fix and Exeters very own Pearshaped.
The Raptors - The Raptors are a 4 Piece Indie Rock N Roll band from Exeter. Catchy guitar riffs and Big Choruses and a fantastic live sound.
