Wall tiles with OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) light panels embedded in them to create flat-panel wall lighting with amazing lighting effects. Laser cut front panels allow the light to create various patterns when turned on almost as if the design on a normal wall tile was to light up. In its off state the OLED panel acts as a mirror giving the tile additional depth in its design. The Tilelight would be fitted to the wall like any other tile and the wires would run in the grout lines between the tiles and connected like a normal light fitting. As the tile itself is a casing for the OLED panel it is possible to change the design on the front and still have the same lighting effect allowing applications in various areas such as signage tiles eg: Fire Exit sign tile can be much flatter yet more prominent and more energy efficient, and last up to 10 times longer than a normal bulb lit sign.
