Rosalynd McKenzie

Personal Profile I am a graduate of Edinburgh College of Art with a degree in Design and Applied Art. In particular I work with glass, often in an architectural capacity. My work is influenced by a variety of things, including my life drawing and the contours of the human form. I do a lot of figurative and botanical studies focusing on a strong use of line. In particular I work with glass paints, sandblasting, copperfoiling and fusing to achieve what I consider to be unique and exciting pieces of art. My future ambitions include setting up my own studio and enhancing my website so I can continue to produce and hopefully profit from my creativity. I am continually exploring my trade, and am eager to learn more about my chosen medium.
